And to maintain such a vast networking of over 500 distributors, dealers and C&F agents, the company organizes Annual Meeting in order to serve its clients a chance to come together & network with the peers and discuss critical issues & discover the methods of taking the company even a step higher on the ladder of success.

A brief detail of the Company's Annual Meeting (1st Meeting to 11th Meeting) is showcased below on the basis of our latest research and technological developments. It will help all the prospective clients to come face to face with the company and observe our growth chart on a yearly basis. In short, the below given Annual Meeting details give a complete strategy and fiscal growth of our organization.

Description of the Company's Annual Meeting (1st Meeting - 11th Meeting)

1st Annual Meeting (1999):

In the 1st Annual Meeting, we shared our working methodology with the dealers / distributors and discussed company's long term plans. We also set our future targets and planned the ways to achieve it successfully. In the meet, we also offered prizes to the highest seller of the products (State-wise). In addition to all above, we discussed about the growth plan of our newly incorporated unit in Kanpur.

2nd Annual Meeting (2000):

The main crux of the 2nd Annual Conference was to bring harmony and close association between the Company and all its employees / dealers / distributors for achieving the determined future targets. We also introduced some of our up-coming products this year. In the 2nd Meet, the most meticulous matter for discussion was the newly acquired status of the company; this year we successfully got the highly reckoned ISI certificate for our superlative quality business dealings.

3rd Annual Meeting (2001):

In the 3rd year Fiscal Meeting, the Company shared its uninterrupted success with the dealers / distributors. We also enclosed our growing production capacity and the good distribution chain that we achieved on the basis of our mutual hard work and target implementation.

4th Annual meeting(2002):

The major concern of the 4th Meeting was to discuss the increasing distribution chain of the Company, which has brought immense hike in various proportions. The Government Support Policies and Tax Issues were also disclosed; and furthermore, new plans were discussed between dealer / distributors for the future growth.

5th Annual Meeting (2003):

The main agenda of the 5th Annual Meet remained the same, that is implementation and success programme of the last year Plan. Few more new products were disclosed among the dealers/distributors during this conference. Another important issue of discussion in this meet was various researches that the company undertook for the development of more cattle feeds products.

6th Annual Meeting (2004):

The 6th Annual Meeting made everyone experience the ecstasy of the company's growth and success in its operations. This year the Company emphasized on Planning its New Showroom and their Outlets. And this way a new target system got introduced for the dealers and distributors in this meet.

7th Annual Meeting (2005):

This year, there was a little slow down in the Company's progress mainly due to the loss of our honorable founder Mr R.C. Shirhare. So, in the 7th Annual Meeting, the main agenda revolved around the point of coming out of this unexpected loss along with reviewing the set targets.

Amidst all the gloomy setback, this year a note for happiness also turned on with the attainment of a new cerification. The company got a certification from "UKAS (United Kingdom Accreditation Service), which again remained the hot topic for discussion.

8th Annual Meeting (2006):

This year, the Company drafted a strategy to inaugurate its new factory in Kanpur with 500Mt Capacity. In addition, the company also claimed to be the highest Manufacturers in India, with its total 1000 TMT Capacity.

9th Annual Meeting (2007):

With expanded production capacity, this year the Company's main agenda emphasized upon ways to accelerate its growth rate. A new strategy was introduced stating an increment of the target of dealers / distributors; and aimed to set a cattle field buyer for more than 12 Slates.

10th Annual Meeting (2008):

This year, the Company discussed all the general issue of their dealers / distributors and introduced a scheme of "Kapila Gram " under which it was stated that every dealer / distributor will be get maximum benefit as per their Local Cattle.

11th Annual Meeting (2009):

Moving a step f orward in its business growth, this year the Company announced to open its annother factory in Ghaziabad. With the introduction of its new launch, the Company is for sure looking forward to maximize its business strength and dealers potential as well.
